Harmonize Together is a gentle bonding experience designed for children and their caregivers—whether you're a mom, dad, grandparent, or supportive grown-up.

In this 1-hour workshop, you and your child will:

✨ Explore simple vocal toning (O, Ah, EE, I, AM) to calm the nervous system

✨ Practice using sound and breath to manage big emotions

✨ Learn about the healing properties of sound baths

✨ Build mindfulness, connection, and presence through shared experience

This class is led by Liz Jacoby, RN BSN, Reiki practitioner, and holistic health coach rooted in her hometown of Sykesville, where she is raising her two boys. She brings both clinical knowledge and intuitive care to her practice, offering Reiki, sound therapy, guided meditation, and breathwork. Liz’s work is centered on helping people release energetic blockages, ease stress, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Her mission is simple: to create space for healing, balance, and genuine well-being—while fostering a supportive community where people can grow, connect, and thrive together on their personal paths toward wholeness.

No musical experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to connect.
