HARMONIZE: Kundalini Breathwork + Sound Bath w/ Yael

HARMONIZE is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and restore your system to inner equilibrium through the power of BREATH + SOUND.

Restore yourself with a clarifying experience through pranayama (breathwork) and sound healing. 🌬️

Yael will guide us into the body through gentle kundalini warm ups followed by a pranayama to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

Be guided through clarifying kundalini warm-ups and breath practices to primed the body for deep relaxation. From a space of equilibrium we will move into a deeply restorative sound bath including crystal bowls, symphonic gong, and the sonic chime.

Allow the soundwaves to guide you into a state of profound rest, intuition, and rejuvenation.

Quartz Crystal Bowls and the Symphonic Gong stimulate the body's energetic centers {chakras} , helping to facilitate release of energy {emotional} blockages and movement of life-force {qi}.

🧬 The sound waves of both the bowls & gong allow the brain to move into a theta state

which supports deep relaxation, improved memory, reduced mental fatigue and deep sleep.

Sound baths support the release of tension, anxiety and create a new homeostasis in the nervous system allowing you to feel renewed, centered, and deeply restored.
