You’ll begin with gentle, guided breathwork to open the body and calm the mind. As your breath slows, you’ll inhale the scent of therapeutic essential oils chosen to calm anxiety and uplift the spirit. Then, once you settle into your mat or chair be guided through a brief meditation for relaxation and peace before allowing yourself to be completely immersed in a rich tapestry of sound as crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and powerful gongs create wave after wave of vibration—further melting away layers of stress, tension, and energetic stagnation & heaviness.
