Join us for an unforgettable evening of connection, transformation, and community celebration. This special event is designed to open your heart allowing you to let go of what is no longer serving you, to heal what needs healing, create a powerful new you and celebrate your life!
We begin with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony, honoring tradition and setting our intentions. From this centered space we flow into a series of Spiritual Qigong heart-opening movements awaking and expanding the energy of the heart. With open hearts, we dive into Cosmic Breathwork journeying inward to connect with our breath and unlock new levels of clarity and vitality. Next we move and groove our way into Ecstatic Dance, letting the rhythm of the music guide us as we move freely allowing our mind, body and spirits to heal and celebrate through dance. The journey lands with an ephoric and grounding Sound Bath bringing us to a place of bliss and inner peace.
The event culminates sharing our experience with each other over some healthy refreshments. This moment is unique-this group, these emotions and this transformation will never be the same again. Together we embrace the change within us, grateful for the journey we've shared, stepping powerfully into the new year!
