Mindy Arbuckle is a master yoga teacher with 24 years of experience and over 12,000 teaching hours. She has developed and led 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings, dozens of workshops, and transformative retreats. A passionate and engaging teacher, Mindy has spent the past two decades delving into the deities of yoga through story, mantra, meditation, and embodied practices.

As the creator and leader of Goddess Coaching programs, she empowers clients to integrate the wisdom and power of the sacred feminine into their daily lives. Her philosophy centers on living spiritual practices in connection with others, bringing spirit into the world through action, and leading with love.

Her credentials include E-RYT 500, Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Master of Crystology, Energy Healer, and training from the Transformational Coaching Academy.
