💗☕We will officially start our community event with a powerful cacao ceremony, an ancient ritual that involves drinking a delicious, heart-opening elixir made from raw cacao beans. This will be followed by a breath work and gentle movement session, designed to help you release tension and connect with your body and innermost self.☕💗
🎶🧘‍♀Then, get ready to immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of our gong wash, led by experienced sound healer & vibration therapist/ instructor Simon Jay of Harmonic Waves Healing. You'll feel the tension melt away as you lay down and relax, allowing the sound to take you through a journey of transformation. Immerse yourself in the vibrational sonic meditation journey for 90 minutes and experience the cleansing, clearing, calming and stimulating effect it has on your body and mind.🧘‍♀🎶
🕺🎷After our meditation, enjoy some poetic words from our featured poet and join us in our community song circle. You will be guided with music and movement as we transition into a high-energy dance party with live instruments, and a full live band. Simon Jay Cervania, Founder of the Harmonic Waves Healing Accredited Certification Program, harnesses the power of vibrations as a therapeutic tool. With over 15 years of experience in holistic health and sound therapy, Jay facilitates live sound journey gong washes and teaches certification programs as well as perform as an artist/ DJ. Katie Snyder, a trauma-informed embodiment guide, specializes in yoga, breathwork, meditation, and gong sound healing. Katie offers private sessions, classes, workshops, and retreats, ensuring individuals experience safety and peace within their bodies and minds. The collaborative efforts of these two powerhouse, together with their devoted, skilled, and exceptional team, are directed towards delivering an unparalleled and unforgettable experience, all the while nurturing a co-creative, supportive, loving, and affectionate community.
