Join us for a 2-hour sacred women’s gathering where music is the medicine and transformation is real.

This experience is intentionally designed in two powerful phases:

■ PHASE I — THE DESCENT
Through 5 songs of sacred release, you’ll be guided to feel what you’ve been carrying.
This is a space to soften, to be witnessed, and to let it move.
Tears are welcome. All of you is welcome. All is sacred.

■ PHASE II — THE RISING
Through 5 songs of fierce, embodied power, you’ll release the old and reconnect with your fire.
Move, breathe, dance if called.
This is where your Wild Woman rises.

• Water bottle
• Yoga mat
• Blanket for comfort
