Harm Reduction Principles: Foundations to Implementation in Treatment and Community Settings
While there is a significant push to implement harm reduction in a variety of settings, many providers and community members may not have an understanding of what harm reduction is and how it can be implemented and sustained in practice. This webinar will provide attendees with the core principles of harm reduction, and identify related strategies and challenges to implementation in a variety of treatment and community spaces.

This training has been approved for two renewal hours (CASAC, CPP, CPS) and two initial hours (CPP, CPS) through New York State’s Office of Addiction Services and Supports (NYS OASAS). As an IC & RC member board, OASAS accredited courses are granted reciprocal approval by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, Alcohol and Drug Counselor Committee. Many other states offer reciprocity - please check with your accrediting agency.
Participants are required to attend the ENTIRE training (including any breakout rooms), turn on their video cameras and actively participate in order to receive a Certificate of Completion.
