Harlow Hill Cemetery Walk

The cemetery is the last resting place of a fascinating range of people, from the founder of Harrogate Ladies college George Savery to the Holywood actor Michael Rennie.

The cemetery is opposite the industrial estate at the top of Harlow Hill. There is no parking on site, and Otley Road is very busy. Parking on nearby streets (e.g. Plantation Road) is preferable. The No. 6 bus stops close by. No public toilets nearby. Refreshments could be purchased at the Pine Marten Hotel or RHS Harlow Carr. The cemetery is not hilly, and wheelchair access is possible, but the paths have some obstructions.
