Be with us for a great Harlem Experience! Celebrate Black History month 2025 by celebrating Harlem's dances of the Renaissance period...
Have a FREE Swinging Harlem Lindy Hop Dance lesson at 5pm, and learn to swing to most any music... and learn a Jazz Line dance too.
Then from 6pm to 9pm the dance floor opens for a musical and visual experience with music of the 20th and 21st century!
Whether you Line Dance, Partner or Solo: Join us and get your groove on and have some fun at this unique, cultural and visual Harlem dance social!
PARK and Car Parking DETAILS
You have to walk down into the park from the entrance on Riverside Drive.... or take the bus down
Buses: Cross-town BX19 directly into Riverbank State Park. From Manhattan - M11 Bus directly into Riverbank State Park
If you are driving you can drop off at the main bldg (next to ice skating rink) where the Cultural Center is inside
Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis on the lower level of the park. Please stop by the reception booth at the 145th street entrance and ask for a parking pass and directions to the lower-level parking lot. There is a jitney that will take you from the parking lot to the main bldg (next to ice skating rink) where the Cultural Center is inside
