Most of us have a sense of what is right and what is wrong. And yet, we can feel overwhelmed when we are confronted with situations or actions we feel confront that moral compass. This workshop will talk about moral distress - the history of the term, how it impacts our wellbeing and how we can develop strategies to protect ourselves when our morality is injured.
