HardOns formed in 1982 and the hard nucleus of Blackie on Guitar and Ray on bass have been there from the start .
As punk as it gets and revered world wide they are currently on tour in Europe.

This first line up album “ Sorry Sir That Riffs Been Taken” went top 5 in Australia and they v been surfing that wave ever since .
Confirming it is the 4piece of Tim , Blackie ,Ray and Murray coming to NZ
Over the years, The Hard-Ons have won the vocal support of artists like Dave Grohl, AC/DC’s Malcolm Young and Jello Biafra amongst countless others. They’ve influenced not only subsequent generations of punk bands but a wide-ranging groundswell of Australian alternative artists – from You Am I to Spiderbait to Silverchair to Regurgitator to Magic Dirt to the Dirty Three to The Chats – each of whom have been inspired by The Hard-Ons’ energy, free spirit and uncompromising dedication.
This announcement comes at a busy time for The Hard-Ons.
The new documentary about the band, Harder & Harder, is in cinemas now, and The Most Australian Band Ever!, which Harder & Harder is a sequel to, is soon to be released on Blu-ray and in a range of Blu-ray box sets (one of which includes a vinyl pressing of the film soundtrack which has actual Hard-Ons blood mixed into the vinyl!)

Self confessed "Punk & Roll" duo GROWN DOWNZ are the guitar katana wielding, drum abusing, welsh born, Tauranga raised sibling two pack Joel and Ellie Burgin. The grubs spewed themselves into existence at the end of 2017 despite Tauranga residents city wide pleading to have their weekends be left in distortionless silence. The pair payed no heed.
Adding jet fuel to the fire of their parents disappointment the siblings have continued to mingle with fellow gig pigs island wide landing support slots for Eagles Of Death Metal, Cosmic Psychos, King Brothers, Sticky Filth and Mini Skirt along the way.
With three E.P’s and one full length album conjured since they burst onto the scene like a zesty slice of half time orange things are moving like a turtle with a fifth leg for the two. Find them on Instagram, Spotify, bandcamp and facebook @growndownz.
