About this Event

Have you ever wanted to know more about barn owls and what makes them so unique? Join Wildlife Curator Taylor Berry and Winnie the American Barn Owl to learn about what makes this animal so unique, elusive, and important to our ecosystem. For Winnie’s safety, dogs may not be present during this event.

While this tour is not exclusive to the Hard of Hearing community, it is a unique program that includes ASL interpretation. Everyone is welcome to attend.

If you haven't already signed it, please read and sign the before getting tickets. Each adult attendee must sign this waiver to participate. A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for each child participating. Please provide email addresses for each adult (and parent/legal guardian of children) during sign-up.

As an outdoor facility, our programs and events are almost always dependent on the weather. In the event of severe weather, programs may have to be canceled.

We are also a force-free facility, so if one of our animal ambassadors isn't interested in participating in a program, we'll respect that and offer our audience a great alternative. We appreciate your understanding if your program changes.
