A sacred Amazonian snuff traditionally used for grounding, cleansing, and deepening spiritual connection.
In this class, you’ll learn how to serve hapé both to yourself and to others.🪶
TOGETHER WE’LL EXPLORE:
🌿 The origins and tradition of hapé and the role it plays in ceremony and healing work.
🌬️ How to prepare the space, set intention, and honor the spirit of the medicine.
🤲 Serving techniques for self-application and for holding space when serving someone else.
🌀 How to navigate the experience, support emotional release, and move energy through the body.
✨ Integration tools to help you carry clarity, grounding, and balance into your daily life.

We will be closing out our class with a
Sacred Sound Journey.
Inviting the gift of Intention, reverence, & Expansion.
Allowing everyone to Integrate our teachings and journey into a guided meditation. 💗
