Breathwork allows the body to process, move, and integrate, supporting a full-body reset.Together, this experience can support you in:
• Releasing stored tension and emotional buildup
• Clearing mental fog and internal noise
• Reconnecting to your body and breath
• Restoring energy and connection
• Returning to a state of clarity and inner steadinessThis is not about pushing or forcing an experience, but about allowing the body to release what it is ready to let go of, at its own pace.The container is intentionally limited to 6 participants to ensure a safe, supported, and deeply held space.Please note while this is not a psychedelic journey, it is a ceremonial experience. Purging can be part of the process. All emotions are welcome.You are invited to come as you are, simply with a willingness to be present with yourself and open to the process. Fruit and refreshments will be offered at the end. It is recommended to fast for at least 2.5 hours prior to the experience.
