Join Theresa Hansen at The Office at the end of your work day to relieve tension, stress and worry from the mind and body. Think of it as a required staff meeting for yourself, gathering the most important colleagues to discuss the operations of self care.You will be led through an hour long All Levels Vinyasa flow with proper instruction, a variety of accommodations will be offered so you feel your best throughout the practice.
