MS in Motion: Cheyenne Adaptive Exercise Class

Join us at The B.E.A.S.T. Foundation on Saturday, September 28 at 10:00 a.m. for MS in Motion, a seated adaptive exercise class led by MS-specialty physical therapist, Michele Harrison! Michele leads our twice weekly online adaptive exercise classes, and MS in Motion is designed to give you a taste of the at home mobility routine designed to increase flexibility for people with MS.

This class invites people of all mobility and ability levels -- adaptations for every movement will be offered throughout class. Michele will begin the hour-long class with a Qi Gong breathing sequence, followed by a series of strengthening movements tailored for people living with MS.
