Happy Hour Work Sprints (Mocktail Edition)

Maybe you'll work on something mindless. Maybe you'll work on something mindful. Whatever the case, we'll make you an NA mocktail while you do it.

The Format

This event consists of three of our Sprint Sessions, back-to-back-to-back.

When you arrive, we'll have you set a goal for the 45-minute work period. Then you'll settle into our meditative space with a drink and a plan. After 45 minutes, we'll go back to the chalkboard to talk about how you did. And then we'll do it again. And again after that.

Plus: coffee, tea, and light snacks.

Our members "pay" with 2 - 3 hours from their monthly plans (depending on how long they stay). To learn more about memberships, visit our website.
