Step onto the farm and into a world where movement, mindfulness, and a little goat mischief blend into pure joy. Warrior Kids Yoga is thrilled to partner with Health, Happiness & Hooves Farm to bring you a heart‑lifting outdoor class surrounded by curious, cuddly, and delightfully unpredictable goats.
During this playful session, goats may wander by, nuzzle your mat, or strike a pose right beside you — creating a yoga experience that’s equal parts grounding and giggle‑inducing. Expect gentle movement, fresh air, and plenty of moments you’ll want to capture.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, this class is all about connection — with nature, with animals, and with each other.
🐐What to Expect
- A 45‑minute, family‑friendly yoga class led by a certified Warrior Kids Yoga instructor
- Friendly, social goats who love to interact and explore
- A relaxed, welcoming farm atmosphere perfect for all experience levels
- 45-minutes after class for photos, goat snuggles, and exploring the farm
🌞 Who Can Join
- Adults are welcome on their own
- Children ages 6+ may participate with a supervising adult
- Please bring your own mat or towel
- Expect lighthearted fun, outdoor conditions, and a few delightful goat surprises
