In honor of September being Suicide Prevention Month, I am sharing the date to the second annual Happy Hike! This is an open invitation hike to anyone who has been touched by this Monster of suicide. The goal is to come together to remember those we have lost, create a safe space for anyone who struggles, & raise mental health awareness in our community! We will be meeting at the Lake Newport Boathouse bike trail. All ages are welcome & trail is stroller/handicap accessible! Fur babies are welcome as well, I just ask that they are kind & dog friendly!
This annual event is hosted by me in remembrance of 2 beautiful souls that lost their battle with depression, & losing them altered my life FOREVER. They are forever missed & loved by all they left behind.
