Discover the transformative power of Restorative Yoga and a soul-soothing Sound Bath. Let's embrace the spirit of love by opening our hearts, releasing fears, and allowing ourselves to soften and nurture not only ourselves but each other. Lynne Clem will guide you through a heart centered and deeply relaxing restorative yoga practice that uses comfort-enhancing props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support your body as you linger in gentle passive poses. As you melt into each pose, you ignite a powerful shift within your nervous system—the “rest and digest” response—feeling tension melt away, stress dissolve, and the mind calm.
Following this practice, Bonnie Jones will conduct a soothing sound bath using quartz crystal singing bowls. You’ll melt into your mat as your nervous system continues to reset and your active mind quiets.
