90 minutes of fun and laughter as we learn together
The evening will include:
• a peaceful opening guided meditation
• Learning through play about Happy foods and Tired foods
• Games, colouring and fun
The event is designed to encourage Happy; food, drink, activity choices. With an optimistic mind health practice.
