Happy Belly is a holistic wellness experience designed to support digestion, relaxation, and mind–body balance as we step into the new year. This immersive evening brings together traditional healing practices and creative expression for a grounded, nourishing reset.

The event begins with an introduction to Chinese medicine principles and how digestive health influences energy, emotion, and overall well-being. From there, attendees will be guided through an acupuncture session focused on releasing tension, supporting gut function, and restoring internal flow. A calming meditation follows, helping the body integrate the treatment and settle into a state of ease.

To close the evening, we transition into a live jam session inside Sapphire Studios — a warm, uplifting space where music becomes part of the healing experience. Guests are invited to listen, connect, and simply enjoy the atmosphere as the night winds down.
