Run or walk or skip or whatever. Join the Tuesday fun with the biggest evening run of 2026. Hundreds show up with red lights all in support of Heart Month.
Ottawa City Run Club: For a decade, OCRC has been the cream of the run club crop. Great energy, happy humans and lots more. All paces welcome. The route begins and ends at 250 City Centre.
Happiness Habits 613: We are a grassroots group in Ottawa-Gatineau created in 2015 that cultivates healthy habits in the community through the 9 Pillars of Happiness.
