If you’ve been craving fresh air, real conversation, and a reason to get outside, this one’s for you 🤍 Expect an easy, chat-friendly walk along the river with some of Ottawa’s prettiest views. Nothing intense. Nothing performative. Just movement, connection, and space to be human together. This loop is about 3.5 km and moves at a relaxed pace with lots of room to talk, pause, and take it all in. Come exactly as you are. Come solo or bring someone along. Everyone is welcome, always. \We’ll be ending at Ideal Coffee for cozy drinks, sweet treats, and those post-walk yaps that somehow always go deeper ☕️💬

Walk & Yap (in their own words): "This started with a feeling I couldn’t shake: that we need more spaces for connection. The kind that feels real, grounded, and good for your nervous system. So I followed that feeling and built something from it. Walk & Yap began as an idea rooted in friendship, movement, and belonging. And now, after our very first community walk, I know it’s becoming something so much bigger. The stories, the laughter, the energy, that was the magic. ✨"
