Happiness rocks are decorated rocks with positive messages or designs that are hidden in public places for people to find as a way to spread joy and kindness. This can be done individually or as part of community projects, where people paint rocks and leave them to be discovered, and the finder can either keep the rock or re-hide it for someone else.
