HAPPILY EVER AFTER: A Weekend Intensive for Couples

Happily Ever After is a 3-day intensive couple's workshop in Columbus, Ohio designed to give you the knowledge and skills needed to navigate married life with confidence, clarity, and compassion.

Based on the best-selling book "The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" by John Gottman, couples will learn evidence-based strategies to nurture their friendship & emotional connection, improve their sex life, support each other's dreams and goals, and resolve conflict effectively.​

Unique from traditional premarital counseling, this fun, interactive weekend goes beyond dry lectures or generic relationship advice. You'll be immersed in a carefully curated, hands-on experience alongside like-minded couples and enjoy thought-provoking talks, lively group discussions, meaningful self-reflection, and eye-opening partner exercises. ​

WHAT IT IS

Happily Ever After is a 3-day couples’ intensive workshop exploring powerful insights and practical tools from the best-selling book “The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work” by John Gottman. The workshop includes engaging talks, personal reflections, group discussions, and partner exercises.

WHO IT'S FOR

Committed couples who are dating, engaged, newlywed, long-married, or remarrying. This intensive can be used as a protective measure for those who are happy and thriving or as a powerful intervention for those who are experiencing challenges. We warmly welcome all ages, races, religions, sexual & gender identities.

WHEN & WHERE

Friday, April 17th (6:30-9pm), Saturday, April 18th (10am-5pm), and Sunday, April 19th (10am-5pm). Hosted at the SPARK Lounge (693 1/2 High Street, Suite G, Worthington, OH 43085).

WHAT'S INCLUDED

You'll get a copy of the book along with a couple's workbook. On Friday, dinner will be provided; on Saturday and Sunday, breakfast will be provided and lunch is on your own. We'll offer frequent breaks, opportunities for movement indoors and outdoors, and invitations to socialize with other couples.
