Chào mừng bạn đến với Hañsa Fest 2026 – không gian nơi sự khỏe mạnh (Wellness) là nền tảng, và nghệ thuật (Art) là biểu đạt tự nhiên của một cơ thể tràn đầy sức sống.
Hañsa Vietnam mang đến Việt Nam những thực hành trị liệu và chăm sóc sức khoẻ chức năng (Functional Health) từ hệ thống Hañsa Wellness quốc tế (New Zealand).
Hansa Fest không chỉ là một sự kiện, mà là điểm chạm của một cộng đồng cùng nhau chuyển động, nghỉ ngơi và sáng tạo.
Chúng ta sẽ cùng được tập Hansa Flow, Move Free, Hansa Trị Liệu, nhận Functional Touch, Hansa Rest với những giáo viên Hansa hàng đầu thế giới.
Ngoài ra sẽ có rất nhiều hoạt động nghệ thuật sáng tạo, triển lãm tranh, talkshow về chăm sóc sức khoẻ và phát triển khả năng sáng tạo, đói thoại cùng nghệ sĩ, nghệ thuật biểu diễn, và một minimarket nhỏ về đồ yoga, đồ chăm sóc sức khoẻ & các tác phẩm nghệ thuật nữa đó.

📍 Ngày 1: Inhale - Awaken your Body (Flow · Rest · Awaken)
Hành trình bắt đầu bằng việc lắng nghe thân thể qua lăng kính khoa học trị liệu (Scientific Therapy). Chúng ta học cách tìm lại sự ổn định, điều tiết hệ thần kinh và đánh thức sự tỉnh thức trong từng chuyển động.
📍 Ngày 2: Exhale - Awaken your Muse (Explore · Create · Share)
Khi cơ thể đã được chuẩn bị, nghệ thuật sẽ tự khắc thành hình. Đây là lúc để khám phá nguồn cảm hứng, biểu đạt bản sắc cá nhân và chia sẻ nguồn năng lượng sáng tạo cùng cộng đồng.
