This event page is for the performers who have committed to this belly dance showcase.
There will be a pop up market and public family pool at this outdoor restaurant during the Hafla.

•How many dancers will be performing during the Hafla.
✨ Important Notes ✨
To keep things simple and organized:
• Dancers will begin ready on stage or the dance floor before your music starts.
•No fire or animal acts
Rio Nido Roadhouse Restaurant is generously hosting us, so in order for this event to happen, dancers and guests are asked to please order appetizers, food, or drinks during this event.
This is a family/community event, so please:
• Keep music, costumes and performances appropriate for all ages.
• Wear a cover-up when not performing.
Please arrive in full costume & makeup for timing purposes since there are only two restrooms available for changing. I expect the restrooms to be busy because of the market and family pool. (Bathrooms are usually wet with chlorine from the kids.)
For footwear:
• Please wear appropriate dance footwear or Colliseum/Roman tie-up sandals to avoid wooden stage splinters or hot cement.
• Bring a beater veil if using one, as the stage is rough wood and the dance floor is cement.
The outdoor stage dimensions are:
16' x 16' to 16' x 20' which is sized to comfortably fit a 4-to-6-piece band.
There is also a cement dance floor area in front of the stage.
The performance lineup is tight to keep things moving and the first performance will begin at 11:05.
The promotional photo of all participating dancers for social media sharing will be available closer to the event.
I look forward to seeing everyone, dancing together, and taking group photos afterward. ✨
