Come as You are, climb into a silk cocoon and sink into this special experience.Warm up & unwind with the help of the hammock as we begin with an easy flow. Then move inside the silk, enjoying a body scan while suspended with focused breathing. Feel the support of the fabric as You let the body deeply rest. Let the contours of the cocoon hold You without the aches & pains that gravity or a firm floor can perpetuate.
Truly enjoy the sensation of being held by the hammock while leaving the ground below. Then expand the experience with meditation.
Renew the relationship You keep with Yourself in this lifted environment while exploring a new sense of relaxation.
Soundscaping with singing bowls &/or tuning forks may be included.
Generally an oracle card reading closes out the evening.
