Come join Wendy Cota & Jacob Swisher for some handstands. The focus of the class will be conditioning exercise that will prepare you for handstands. We will end the class with handstands using the wall and spotters for safety. This class will build you up for a successful handstand practice. All levels welcome! Modifications will be given. No prior experience needed.
