Anyone who joined us for our first series is welcome, as well as anyone comfortable kicking up to a handstand and coming safely out. (wall and spotters ok)
This class will be focused on the basics of handstands with a variety of drills to help build strength, mobility, and awareness while inverted. There will be a heavy emphasis on proper technique to improve form and efficiency in handstands. We will be using the wall and spotters in order to practice handstands safely and confidently. Students can expect to receive individualized feedback, learn a variety of handstand entrances, and improve their handstand hold time. The content will build upon the content of our previous series and is recommended for those with some experience with handstands and the ability to safely exit out of handstands. Anyone who completed our level one series is qualified!
Students can expect to receive individualized feedback, learn a variety of handstand entrances, and improve their handstand hold time. The content will be appropriate for both absolute beginners and those with a current handstand practice.
This is a weekly class with a total of 9 sessions starting on September 20th, and finishing on November 22nd. There will not be a class on October 20th.
Registration begins September 9th 2025.
The series will have a fee of $135**
Drop-ins will be $20 and will be paid directly to the instructor via cash, paypal, or venmo.

This class will be followed by an unstructured acroyoga jam where you can come meet the community and practice whatever you like. The registration for this is separate and can be found here:

The cost for the jam series is $50** for the 10 sessions.
Drop ins for the jam will be $10 payable via cash, paypal, or venmo.
