If handstands feel intimidating, you’re welcome to work on headstands or supported inversions instead—all levels are encouraged to join, from total beginners to experienced handstanders. With over 15 years of gymnastics training and coaching, plus 5 years of yoga teaching, I’ll make sure you feel supported with safe spotting and clear instruction.
