Come get your hands on some dough and learn an easy way to make your very own sourdough bread.
We will
•feed starter
•mix dough
•shape, score, and bake
You will take home
•1/2 loaf fresh baked bread
•a starter
•2 balls of dough to bake over the next few days
•sourdough tool kits available for $35
Please bring a large mixing bowl (with a lid if it has one) and a pen for taking notes.
Class fee is $75. Reserve your space today with $25 deposit (non-refundable) by Venmo or Paypal to @farmgirlbakery.
Please note "September 21st Sourdough class" in the comment box. Balance due at class. Private classes available for 6-10 people.
