🌀 Looking for a new way to relax, reset, and reconnect?Join us for a 3 Day, Hands-On Sound Healing Workshop where you’ll learn to use singing bowls to deepen your meditation practice, release stress, and support emotional and physical healing.
Over three immersive sessions, we’ll guide you through:
✨ Chakra-based sound therapies
✨ Singing bowl techniques for home use
✨ Meditation practices that promote clarity and calm
✨ Exploration of the bowls’ unique vibrations to find the one that resonates most with you
Each participant will choose their own bowl (whether it’s heart, root, third eye, or another) and take home practical tools to self-soothe, realign, and continue the journey.
