Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented condiment/side dish.
A delicious living and flavorful addition to your pantry.
Together we will cover all of the basic methods to help you get started making your own Kimchi at home.
Each person will make and take their own jar with them.
All the supplies/ingredients will be provided, please bring your own kitchen knife if you wish.
Spice level set to your desire, from mild to hot. We will be following the Traditional recipe/method, however vegan options are also available.
In person workshop fee: $45 per person
