It’s time to get mixing and sipping! In our hands-on format, our Beverage Experts will guide you through the history of the featured spirit and the basics behind a perfectly balanced drink. You’ll then dive right in to making (and of course sipping!) on the delicious signature cocktails.

Changing seasons means changing what you’re drinking! Find some new Summer favorites with the help of one of our Beverage Experts. These cocktails are perfect for sipping on a warm summer day.

• Learn about the traditions and culture of the named spring cocktails

• Observe as our Beverage Expert teaches the group how to make spring cocktails

• Mix and taste your own spring cocktails

• Enjoy some light bites

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest

• Seating is first-come, first-served

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes

• This is a 21+ only event. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
