Hands-On Chocolate Truffles: A Valentine’s Day Treat

Celebrate Valentine’s Day by creating decadent chocolate truffles in this fun and interactive class! Turn your kitchen into a candy shop as we make a rich and creamy chocolate ganache base, along with a few flavorful variations. Once the ganache is perfectly chilled, you’ll roll your truffles in an array of coatings, from cocoa powder to crushed nuts, for a personalized and delicious touch.

Along the way, you’ll also learn tips and tricks for working with ganache and how to use it in other sweet creations. Whether you’re crafting these treats for friends, family, or yourself, this class is the perfect way to add a little extra sweetness to your Valentine’s Day. Join us for an evening of chocolatey indulgence!
