About this Event
This year is the 10th anniversary of Sarah's "Sourdough, recipes for rustic fermented breads, sweets, savories, and more". Come and celebrate with us in Boulder. All participants will receive a signed copy of Sarah's book and a bag of Dry Storage Mill flour. We will learn the ins and outs of baking a loaf of naturally levened bread, with live demos and hands on coaching for shaping your own loaf. We can bake your bread (or you can take it home to bake) and you have the option of picking up your baked loaf the next day.
We will share some tasty treats from Dry Storage Bakehouse, fresh foccaccia, house made miso and pickles, natural wine and fun fermented beverages.
Bring your apron, get ready to roll up your sleeves and get a little flour on your clothes as we delve into the magic of fresh bread and heritage grains.
