Guided by an expert baker, you’ll learn the traditional techniques behind chewy, golden bagels—from mixing and kneading the dough to shaping each bagel and boiling it for that signature texture. Explore a variety of flavors and toppings, and discover tips for customizing your bagels with seeds, spices, and creative fillings. What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
Location: Second floor.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
