Hands on Assists for Yoga Teachers

Learn how to safely and effectively give hands on assists within the scope of a yoga teacher. This training will cover poses and how different bodies express them, how to ask for informed consent, trauma and injuries, appropriate touch and directing energy vs. forcing depth in a yoga posture.
Requirements: must be a registered or certified yoga teacher
