Join Rachel from Winsper Design for a full-day wallpaper printing workshop amidst the picturesque setting of Wightwick Manor.Delve into the enchanting world of pattern design, repeat pattern principles, and the captivating art of block printing. I’ll be your guiding hand, leading you through the process of designing, carving, and printing your own wallpaper. You will take home your printed length of wallpaper and your custom printing block, along with detailed instructions on how to continue printing your wallpaper at home.
Wightwick Manor, a National Trust property, is adorned with inspiring artworks, antiques, and renowned William Morris wallpapers and fabrics. Let the surroundings ignite your creativity as you craft your masterpiece.
£60 per person, booking essential.
This workshop is for beginners and seasoned creatives, with all materials provided. Throughout the day, refreshments will be available. Feel free to bring your own lunch or treat yourself at Wightwick’s Tearoom.
This workshop will be held in the Meeting Room, and as an historical venue, some floors may be unlevel and you will have to negotiate some stairs - there is no wheelchair access.
