Conscious Connected Breathwork in Cornwall. Step into a space to connect with your breath. Journeying into your inner landscape to slow down your nervous system and to explore your inner guidance.
We will journey together in a small group using the conscious connected breathwork technique in rounds to a music journey. Conscious connected breathwork helps you to breathe through nervous system states that we might be stuck in to come into regulation, a calm state.
It also helps you to access deeper levels of self-awareness, release emotional blocks in your life and to reconnect with yourself. Bridging the subconscious and conscious mind.
At the end of the breathwork journey, you will relax and integrate to the sounds of a live beautiful handpan by Luke Calladine, restoring you further before leaving the space.
Beginners welcomed.
