I've scheduled the same class on both Friday March 20 (5-7 pm) and Saturday March 21 (12-2)--just choose the one day that works best for you. It's the same class offered twice; so please click "going" on only the date you plan to attend so I can purchase enough food. This class is hosted inside my private Facebook group. You’re welcome to join the group or you can simply message me directly to reserve your seat.
This class combines demonstration, hands-on, and interactive assembly—perfect for anyone who loves creating, observing, and tasting. Open to all adults-no cooking experience needed.
We begin by demonstrating a rich, slow-simmered homemade Bolognese sauce, sharing practical tips so you can recreate it with confidence at home. Then you’ll roll up your sleeves and make fresh tagliatelle pasta from scratch — hands-on, simple, and incredibly satisfying. Beginner-friendly.
Learn how to create a rustic bread bar with homemade bread and farmhouse-style accompaniments.
We’ll finish with a lesson on a classic affogato — creamy vanilla ice cream topped with hot espresso and a drizzle of caramel. (Prefer it without the espresso? That’s perfectly fine.)
Fee for this class on Friday is $90 and on Saturday is $95. Come hungry, leave inspired, and enjoy a relaxed, comforting Italian-American cooking experience. You will receive recipes from the class.
You are welcome to pay on the day of. But please be sure to click “going” (or message me) if you’re going so I know how much food to order. If you suddenly cannot attend, please LMK as I’ll most likely have a cancellation list going for those who want to attend once we’re booked to capacity. 15 students max on Friday and 15 max on Saturday. It’s gonna be fun!!
Class cost: $90/Friday
Class cost: $95/Saturday (Please click "events" to sign up for Sat.)

What is Bolognese sauce?
A rich, slow-simmered Italian-American classic, Bolognese is a hearty meat sauce that’s full of deep, comforting flavors. Made with ground beef, aromatic vegetables, a touch of tomato, and a hint of wine, it simmers gently to create a luscious sauce that clings perfectly to fresh pasta. It’s the kind of sauce that fills your kitchen with irresistible aromas and warms both the belly and the soul.
