Welcome to Mary Louise's Social Club; a recurring Friday evening series at Lovelorn Lounge. Led by our talented Chef Taylor, this exclusive, hands-on workshop is limited to just 16 guests to ensure an intimate, interactive, and personalized experience.
The Evening’s Itinerary
5:00 PM | Welcome Reception: Arrive, unwind, and toast to the weekend with a glass of sparkling wine.
5:15 PM | Interactive Pasta Workshop: Chef Taylor will guide you through the architecture of perfect pasta. You'll dive into two core lessons:
Lesson One: The Art of the Dough (Flour selection, mixing, and the secrets to proper kneading).
Lesson Two: Tortelli Shaping (Perfecting fillings, folding techniques, and traditional shaping methods using fresh, pre-prepared dough sheets).
6:00 PM | The Social Club Supper: Take your seat at the table. Relax as our culinary team serves a beautifully curated, wine-paired three-course dinner featuring the very flavors you practiced shaping.
For the August 14 and August 28 experiences, the welcome reception and pasta workshop will take place outdoors on our terrace before transitioning indoors for dinner.
The Menu
- Bread Service: House Focaccia with Whipped Herb Butter
- First Course: Farm Greens tossed in a crisp Champagne vinaigrette
- Main Course: Ricotta & Nduja Tortelli with Garden Vegetables, Lemon Zest, and a vibrant Strawberry Pomodoro
- Dessert: Olive Oil Cake finished with a warm Limoncello Syrup poured tableside
Beverage Program
Your ticket includes a welcome glass of sparkling wine and a curated wine pairing thoughtfully selected to complement your main course. Additional wine and artisanal beverages will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
A Take-Home Experience
Each guest will receive a recipe card featuring the pasta techniques and dish inspiration from the evening, allowing you to recreate a piece of the Social Club experience at home.
