Celebrate the season with creativity and tradition! In this hands-on workshop, participants will craft four beautiful ornaments, each inspired by the artistry and heritage of Old Sturbridge Village. Guided step-by-step by our instructors, you’ll explore a variety of materials and techniques as you create: A marbled glass ornament – swirling festive colors into a one-of-a-kind keepsake.
A needle-felted ornament – soft wool shaped into a charming holiday design.
A punched tin ornament – echoing historic New England crafts with delicate patterns.
A hand-painted wooden ornament – simple, rustic, and timeless.
By the end of the class, you’ll leave with four unique, handmade ornaments to hang on your tree or give as thoughtful gifts.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required. This workshop takes place at the Museum Education Building at Old Sturbridge Village.
