Join us for an empowering equestrian clinic led by Emily, a passionate advocate for rider development, well-being, and biomechanics. With lived experience navigating both physical and mental health challenges—including fibromyalgia and hip dysplasia—Emily brings a compassionate, real-world approach to helping riders thrive in and out of the saddle. This clinic is suitable for riders of all levels who are looking to:
Build confidence and awareness
Refine technique and posture
Understand the biomechanics behind effective riding
Reconnect with their riding goals after injury, trauma, or time away from the sport
A highlight of the day includes Mechanical Millie, a human-powered horse simulator that allows riders to break down movements in a safe, controlled setting. Millie is a powerful tool for those wanting to improve balance, coordination, and technique without the variables of a live horse.
Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills, rebuild your confidence, or explore your riding from a fresh perspective, this clinic offers a supportive, educational space to grow.
Please note you will not need to bring your horse with you for this clinic! Sessions can be for 30 minutes or 45 minutes
