H&H VOLLEYBALL is back baby! 4pm on January 10th! Doors open at 3p for anyone who needs a little extra time to get ready.
First tourney of the year is sure to be a doozy! We are doing a DRAFT TOURNEY! You will sign up as an individual spot, and be placed with your team for the day, or you may even end up helping draft your squad!
The tourney will be a coed 4's tourney event.....Every team WILL have at least one female (Unless we don't get enough ladies in a division).
This tourney will be divided into upper and lower divisions for sign ups, and may even be split further after pool play (depending on number of teams)
When Signing up for this event, please sign up in one of 3 levels of play: Upper, Lower, or TBD.
The first two are easy to understand. If you know your an upper level player and want to play upper, put yourself there. If you know you’re still building your skills and/or simply feel your skill set is less than some of those high level players….then lower is for you. Our lower division always has strong play and competitiveness as well.
If you aren't sure where you would fall, and trust Dave & Josh to place you in the correct level based on who signs up.....sign up TBD and we will move players as needed.
Please to help those drafting, sign up your preferred position of play as well (hit, set, pass)
So sign up example:

**H&H Volleyball does reserve the right to move someone from upper or lower sign up to keep fairness and equality in mind. We don't want to dispute with anyone....but we want upper players to get to play with upper players, and vice versa.....its no fun for an upper player team if a lower player plays up and cant complete, and its no fun for lower teams to play with an upper level player and that person dominate the games.
How it Works:
We will take up to 12 teams in each division, thus there are 48 spots in each division available.
Once players are signed up, we will determine 12 men or 12 women (or the correct number to correspond with number of teams playing) to draft teams (this will be done quickly in a private room so as to not hurt any feelings). You'll have your team for the day.
Then its a normal coed 4's tourney....pool play, followed by bracket play. Everyone is guaranteed at least 6 games played at this event!
$30 a player! Cash Prizes and H&H Gear to our winning teams!

As this is a cash tournament, we are asking that even in lower division, you have a basic understanding of how to pass, set, and hit to claim a spot. Its simply not fair to players for someone to take a spot if they cant play the game at a competitive level that gives each team a chance to win.
