Learn how to make a chunky blanket using just your hands. If this is your first class, you will learn basic techniques like how to cast on, knit and cast off. A 40x60 blanket needs 7-8 skeins of yarn (approx. 180-210 yds. of #7 size yarn). Your #7 yarn should be the thickness of your finger. This is primarily a basic class, but for any repeat attendees, bring your unfinished project if applicable, I can remind you how to cast off and I will teach a new stich for your next project. (linen stitch or basketweave stitch) $15 new participants, $10 repeat and
