HAND BALANCING PRACTICE – Monthly Workshop (Ljubljana)This monthly hand balancing workshop is conceived as an ongoing practice space for adults who want to build strength, balance, and confidence upside down—progressively, safely, and intelligently.
The focus is not on tricks, but on sustainable practice:
• step-by-step progressions
• strong foundations in alignment and biomechanics
• shoulder, wrist, and core preparation
• working with your body, not against it
• adapting exercises to individual needs and injuries
• space for play, exploration, and curiosity
The workshop is open to all levels.
Beginners are guided carefully from the basics, while more experienced practitioners refine efficiency, control, and consistency.
The small-group format allows for a strong individual approach.
Safety comes first, followed by precision, awareness, and play.
Teacher:
Nikola Orešković
Movement educator with over 30 years of teaching experience, leading workshops internationally across hand balancing, capoeira, acrobatics, and movement research.
Rates:
• Standard rate: 100 € / 1 day | 200 € both days
• Established Practitioner Rate: 60 € / 1 day | 120 € both days
(available to participants who have trained with me in at least three previous hand balancing workshops)
This structure reflects both the depth of the work and a commitment to long-term practice.
